FAQ
WHERE DO YOU FOLLOW THE SESSIONS FROM?
Once you have logged in, from home page. Important: Make sure you are logged in with your email adress and the access code, so that you can watch the sessions in the player within the home page.
AFTER THE ORIGINAL BROADCASTING, WHERE CAN I WATCH THEM AGAIN?
In the AGENDA&VOD section you can find the individual videos of each session. They will be available once the live streaming ends.
HOW CAN I ACCESS TO LIVE QUESTION TIME?
In the AGENDA&VOD section you will be able to check the question time schedule, so that you can access the proper day and time. You will have the chance to ask questions to the speaker directly, activating your audio and video, or via chat.
TO WHOM CAN I ASK FOR A VIDEO MEETING?
In the NETWORKING section you can see who is participating in 4K HDR Summit. You will be able to request video meetings to those had set up their avaivility. You can check it through the agenda icon shown in their profile.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY VIDEO MEETINGS?
In MY AGENDA section you will see the video meetings confirmed. You will be able to start the video meeting the day and time scheduled by clicking on the camera icon.
IF I CANNOT ATTEND TO A VIDEO MEETING, CAN I CALL IT OFF?
Yes, you should go in MY AGENDA and, where the video meeting scheduled appears, you have to select EDIT VIDEO MEETING. You will have the option to CANCEL VIDEO MEETING.
WHICH BROWSER AND SYSTEM SHOULD I USE?
For an optimal experience, we recommend using Google Chrome and an Android/Windows device.
